Do you speak French, English and Spanish? And do you like to be on the front line of our Customer Service department to answer customer questions? Grab your chance now! For the Customer Service team of one of our sister companies we are looking for French Customer Advisors for 40 hours a week
What will you do?
As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, communicating with them via email, phone, or chat. Your role involves accurately addressing a wide range of questions and translating issues into effective solutions.
In this position, you will make informed decisions, provide proactive advice, and assist customers across Europe in creating the perfect ambiance in their homes. You will achieve this through your growing technical knowledge of our lighting products. Additionally, you will thoroughly record customer data and manage orders, shipments, and returns or warranty claims in our CRM system.
You will receive initial training from a colleague before starting to work independently.
