Job description

We are looking for our EMEA Talent Management team, a Talent Acquisition professional who will lead and elevate talent acquisition across EMEA, with a strong focus on general management and business-critical roles.

This role is pivotal in shaping the organization’s leadership pipeline and ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent aligned with strategic priorities. Beyond recruitment delivery, the role will drive best-in-class hiring practices, processes, and stakeholder partnerships across the region, in close collaboration with Global TA teams.

Key responsibilities

1. Strategic Hiring

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership, general management, and mission-critical roles across EMEA
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (regional leaders, Area HR managers) on talent acquisition strategy, market insights, and candidate positioning
  • Contribute to build and maintain strong pipelines for key leadership positions
  • Execute confidential and high-impact searches with professionalism and discretion

2. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Processes

  • Co-design, implement, and continuously improve scalable, high-quality hiring processes across the region
  • Drive best practices aligned with Group guidelines in: Candidate assessment frameworks, Interview methodologies, Hiring governance, Selection and decision-making processes
  • Ensure consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Conduct ongoing talent market mapping and competitor analysis across EMEA
  • Contribute to strengthening the EMEA employer brand approach and talent attraction
  • Contribute to the harmonize the Trainees/Apprenticeship approach in EMEA

3. Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with Area HR managers
  • Challenge and influence stakeholders to ensure hiring decisions align with long-term business and talent strategy
  • Collaborate with Talent Development within the team and other HR to align hiring with broader people priorities

4. Data & Reporting

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics
  • Use data insights to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across TA practices in EMEA
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to: Executive search, Leadership hiring, Complex, multi-country environments
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for: Senior leadership roles, General management positions, Business roles
  • Experience working in regional or global roles (EMEA preferred)
  • Strong background in direct sourcing (beyond reliance on agencies)
  • Experience with Smartrecruiter tool (preferred)
