Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional drinking experience for our customers by mixing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

• Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service throughout their visit
• Take drink orders, make recommendations, and inform customers about new beverages and specials
• Mix and prepare a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and creativity
• Verify customers' age by checking identification to ensure compliance with local liquor laws
• Manage cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glasses, utensils, and equipment
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management
• Develop new cocktail recipes to keep the drink menu fresh and exciting
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and quality regulations
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar operations
• Understanding of local liquor laws and commitment to responsible alcohol service
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Exceptional multitasking and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
• Creativity in developing new drink recipes and presentations
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a bar setting
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

•    Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
