Job Purpose:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to support the recruitment lifecycle by coordinating hiring activities, managing recruitment administration, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while providing operational support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Role insights:

  • Supporting business partners and hiring managers throughout the hiring process in Workday.
  • Creating and publishing job advertisements.
  • Managing applicant administration, including appointments, rejections, advert updates, and welcome emails.
  • Conducting pre-screening for Residential Sales and internship candidates.
  • Sending HireVue® invitations to shortlisted candidates.
  • Supporting the apprentice recruitment process and managing related documentation and emails.
  • Handling inquiries from candidates, colleagues, and external vendors via the Talent Acquisition mailbox.
  • Monitoring employer brand feedback on Kununu platform and responding appropriately.

What makes you unique:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a similar field.
  • Very good written and spoken German skills.
  • Knowledge of English (considered an advantage).
  • Previous experience in HR (considered an advantage).
  • Inquisitiveness, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
  • A structured and detail-oriented working style.
  • Quick comprehension.
  • Openness, commitment, and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
