Supply Chain Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager in Derby.
 

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will lead a team of Supplier Account Managers and Supply Chain Controllers, taking overall responsibility for ensuring timely supplier deliveries into Incora, and in turn, enabling us to consistently meet customer delivery commitments.

You will be the first point of contact for managing escalations and issues to ensure service levels are maintained for our valued customers.

As the manager of a team, you will be responsible for ensuring your people deliver outstanding service and learn, develop, and grow in their roles.

As part of the role you will be expected to travel internationally once a quarter and around the UK visiting our supplier base on a monthly basis.

About You

You will be a solutions focused and innovative problem solver, able to build, develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels.

Self-driven, you will be an individual capable of thinking ‘big’ and delivering genuine, positive change within the supply chain function.

We are looking for individuals with proven experience of developing and managing supplier relationships, someone able to demonstrate how they have transformed supplier performance.

We are interested in those with a solid background in people management, capable of positively influencing their team to drive performance, balancing freedom to perform with accountability.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.
