Location: Swindon SN1 1GW (covering Bristol & wider South West region)

Build & Grow Your Desk: Develop a new and expanding market within Marketing & Creative
Business Development: Win new clients across Bristol & the South West
Full 360 Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Candidate Sourcing: Attract and engage high-quality marketing & creative professionals
Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
Collaborate: Work closely with a high-performing consultant to maximise regional opportunities

Experienced recruiters (any sector welcome – commercial, tech or professional services backgrounds ideal)
Strong B2B sales professionals with a passion for building and growing markets
