Job description

About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in managing guest bookings, maximising occupancy, and delivering a seamless pre-arrival experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for guest service.

This is a Monday to Friday role but we require availability to cover weekends when needed.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all hotel reservations via phone, email, and online channels
  • Ensure all bookings are entered accurately into the PMS system
  • Respond to guest enquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
  • Assist guests with room availability, rates, and special requests
  • Work closely with Front Office and Sales teams to support occupancy and operational needs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel products, promotions, and policies


Essential

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong customer service mindset with a positive attitude

 

Nice to have

  • Experience using Opera Cloud (PMS)
