With $462 billion assets under management ($295 billion in physical assets and $167 billion in derivatives notional value), NISA actively manages risk for institutional investors, providing clarity to complicated challenges and stability in ever-evolving markets. At NISA, we foster a culture that supports both personal and professional growth, providing opportunities to learn from experienced professionals while contributing meaningful work from the outset. We seek candidates who demonstrate strong quantitative and analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative mindset to join our growing teams.
Responsibilities
The RFP team is part of NISA’s Client Services Group and plays a strategic role in supporting new business development and client transparency. The RFP Analyst will be responsible for managing and responding to incoming requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs). This includes coordinating with subject matter experts across the firm to craft accurate, compelling responses that reflect NISA’s investment capabilities.
NISA is committed to the professional growth of its employees. The RFP Analyst role offers a clearly defined career progression path, with opportunities to advance into more senior positions within the team over time, rewarding dedication, performance, and a commitment to continuous development.
Responsibilities include
- Own and manage the process of compiling written responses for assigned items using proposal content in NISA’s RFP software (Loopio)
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to gather, validate and consolidate information within stated timelines
- Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion in a deadline-driven environment
- Compile and analyze data using proprietary Excel workbooks
- Maintain and update standard proposal content in Loopio to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Identify and support process improvements that enhance efficiency and content quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required; a background in finance, economics, communications, or a related field is a plus
- Relevant experience in RFPs, investment communications, or financial services preferred
- Strong project management skills and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple requests to completion in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel (including formulas) preferred
- Experience with RFP content software (e.g., RocketDocs, Loopio, Qvidian) is a plus
- Team-oriented with a proactive, collaborative approach and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role
NISA’s culture encourages collaboration and innovation. We seek self-motivated, intellectually curious individuals willing to push themselves and others in an environment that celebrates fresh thinking. We equip employees with the resources needed to excel and we encourage personal development. NISA is dedicated to internally cultivating and rewarding talent. Employees at NISA are provided with a wide range of benefits, including health, dental, vision and life insurance options, paid time off, a competitive retirement plan, onsite cafeteria, fitness center, a health and wellness program and an educational assistance program.
NISA is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
