These tasks are waiting for you

  • Support our innovation programs such as Innovation School, Innovation Day, Coaches’ Journey and Fridays for Innovation
  • Create and design presentations, posters, templates and internal communication materials
  • Draft first versions of texts and content for different formats and audiences
  • Help organize events and workshops (preparation, execution, follow-up)
  • Take over hands-on operational and administrative tasks (coordination, tracking, organizing, documentation)
  • Contribute to flagship formats like

Your core competencies

  • You are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate university program
  • You are fluent in both written/spoken English, CEE language and/or German is a plus
  • You are interested in innovation and enjoy writing and creating content
  • You are structured, detail-oriented and like organizing things
  • You are strong in PowerPoint and have a good eye for design
  • You are comfortable using AI tools in your daily work
  • You work independently, take ownership and have a hands-on mindset
  • You are open, communicative and enjoy working in a team
  • Nice to have: experience creating visuals (presentations, posters, templates, SharePoint pages)
