About the location

Located on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lāna’i, lies the secluded retreat of Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i, an oceanfront destination offering travelers a curated, personalized island escape. The five-star, five-diamond Resort offers outdoor restaurants, including Nobu Lāna’i, a kid’s club, Tennis Garden, cultural programming, beach and pool with spacious seating areas nestled among tropical gardens, Hawanawana spa and luxury retail boutiques. Built on lava outcroppings, the award-winning Jack Nicklaus-signature golf course features ocean views on every hole. Island activities, many managed by Four Seasons include sunset sails and whale watch tours, horseback riding, sporting clays and archery, biking, hiking, and aerial adventures at Lanai Adventure Park or learn about Hawaiian wayfinding at the on-site observatory.

ISLAND CLUB CONCIERGE

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for Island Club Concierge who share s a passion for excellence and who infuse s enthusiasm into everything they do. WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Island Club Concierge delivers personalized, luxury-level service to Island Club members and resort guests by coordinating tailored experiences, managing member services, and supporting Golf Operations. This role serves as a key point of contact, fostering strong relationships, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring seamless execution of services that enhance member satisfaction and engagement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•

Deliver a highly personalized experience for Island Club members and resort guests by serving as a primary point of contact, coordinating dining, activities, golf tee times, tra nsportation, and special requests, while building strong member relationships and ensuring seamless service execution

•

Provide comprehensive administrative support to Island Club and Golf Operations, including managing reservations, maintaining membership records, guest profiles, preferences, and booking details to support exceptional service and operational efficiency

•

Oversee Island Club pool operations by maintaining a pristine environment, ensuring amenities are fully stocked, and partnering with Housekeeping, Landscaping, and Golf Operations to uphold presentation and service standards

Maintain expert knowledge of Island Club membership benefits, privileges, and guidelines to deliver accurate , personalized service, ensure compliance, and promptly resolve member and guest concerns

Support Golf Operations through accurate tee time coordination, member communications, and retail administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations

WHAT TO BRING

•

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

•

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) h ours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required .

•

Vailid Driver’s License is required for this role

•

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs , and push/pull as needed during shifts

•

Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or providing an exceptional guest experience. Experience in a golf or resort environment preferred.
