Position Details:

Compliance Verification & Auditing

  • Audit THP/candidate profiles for compliance during onboarding.
  • Audit Affiliate Vendor profiles for compliance and provide updates to both the Account Manager (AM) and Affiliate Vendor (AV).
  • Run all state-specific background checks for Favorite THPs/candidates.
  • Support the Market and CTR during monthly, quarterly, and Joint Commission audits by initiating background checks, drug screens, and state-specific verifications.

Credential Management

  • Create and maintain a Credential Matrix for each THP, listing all required credentials.
  • Ensure all credential documentation is accurately maintained in Mobilize.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Talent Management Specialist and Recruitment to confirm all compliance requirements are met prior to hire.
  • Partner with Compliance, HR, Recruitment, and Account Management teams to stay current with Favorite, state, and client-specific requirements.

Process Execution & Administration

  • Order and manage compliance-related items such as background checks, drug screens, Relias tests, and DocuSign forms for contract candidates.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Favorite’s internal policies, state regulations, and client-specific compliance requirements.
