This position will be located onsite in Gulport, Mississippi.

The pay range for this position is $56,000-$60,000/year. The pay rate for this position is determined by the terms of a fixed contract. As a result, we do not have flexibility to negotiate compensation outside of the established rate.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties

You’ll lead the full pipeline from outreach and recruitment to career placement while developing a team that helps students take that next step into the workforce by:

  • Creating outreach strategies to connect with young people in the community.
  • Coaching staff to achieve goals and grow professionally.
  • Building relationships with employers and community partners.
  • Supervising processes and systems in place to support the Job Corps mission.
  • Helping students achieve their career goals.

Job Requirements

Mandatory

  • Ability balance structure, compliance, and compassion
  • Bachelor’s Degree. Business Administration, Social Services, or Management disciplines are preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing teams and 3 years’ working with youth. 2-3 years’ of Job Corps-related experience is preferred.
  • Able to pass an employment screening and background check.
  • Have a valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record.

Preferred

  • Previous Job Corps Experience.
  • Experience in employment agency and/or human resources.
