As a Superintendent with a pipefitter or boilermaker background and Exchanger experience, we invite you to join our team as a Superintendent in Alberta. This temporary role is based in Alberta, and while local candidates are preferred, we welcome all qualified applicants to apply.
What would you be doing?
- Provide supervision to multiple crews and services.
- Prepare, monitor, and drive project schedule with the operations team to ensure budget and timelines are met.
- Estimate and manage project labour and material requirements.
- Establish, implement, and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures,
- Manage resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance.

- Is results-oriented, passionate about construction and has proven experience managing construction sites.
- Extensive experience in supervisory roles on industrial client sites with a solutions-focused mindset.
- A journeyperson ticket in a mechanical trade such as a Boilermaker or Pipefitter is considered an asset.
- Proven leader who motivates people and maintains effective relationships with clients and crew.
- Have valid safety tickets such as CSTS, Standard First Aid, and Common Safety Orientation (CSO).
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
