Financial opportunity within Depositary Management

You will enjoy this position and perform well if you have at least 4-6 years of accountancy or experience of internal audit, managing relationships of a significant part of major clients. You will be working in a small local team and be part of a cross boarder team, so it is to your advantage if you have been working in a leading position where you have been involved with management of a small team, coaching, delegation and monitoring performance management of the more junior staff. This is important as the company and the team is in an expansion phase. It speaks for itself that you have sound technical knowledge with the area of financial services. Internal support on the processes and procedures, personal development and financial management will be provided. In this position you will take care of the Depositary Management activities for clients in Sweden. You are passionate about numbers, finance and accountancy and you see challenge in building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to make sure that a high level of service is delivered. You are responsible for the day-to-day management of the relationships and you act as a line manager for depositary staff member. You assist the Director Depositary management in monitoring the (financial) performance of the team. Review of the work of the staff members and you make sure the set procedures and policies are followed according to professional guidelines.
