HIL Systems Engineer

What to expect

Coordinates the integration of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems, ensuring efficient setup and functionality across development stages. Maintain and optimize test benches and automation environments to support validation activities. Coordinate global teams for software and hardware integration and testing. Support the development of validation setups using MATLAB/Simulink, dSPACE, Python, and related tools. Collaborate closely with system engineers, software developers, and validation teams to ensure seamless workflow and data consistency.

What you bring along

Experience with HIL modeling and automation environments within automotive or embedded systems. Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink, dSPACE, Automotive Ethernet, CAN, and Python. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, software verification, and test automation frameworks. Fluent English (spoken and written). Structured, proactive, and analytical working style. This role requires on-site collaboration at our Gothenburg location and candidates must hold valid work authorization in Sweden.
