Cab Climate Team develops global engineering solutions meeting the customer climate comfort expectations. Within the Cab Climate Team, we have the Feature responsibility for Climate Comfort as well as Engineering responsibility for the Climate system.

Job description To further strengthen our Team Cab Climate we are now looking for a Mechatronics Engineer with Climate System Control & Regulator experience.

As a Climate System Control & Regulator Engineer you will lead and be part of testing and tuning activities within parameter settings for climate control regulation. The work is performed in close collaboration with regulator engineers, test engineers, feature leaders and software developers. Testing is executed both in truck on-road- , wind tunnel- or climate chamber conditions.

In this role You will be the climate department stakeholder in the software development process (mainly executed in agile team set up). As a regulator engineer within Cab Climate, you are not expected to perform software coding but should be the person to take final decisions of regulator control behavior in the daily work.

Your role will clearly strengthen the Climate technology development both within existing and emerging technologies and contribute to the overall Volvo GTT vision.
