SEASONAL RETAIL AMBASSADOR – FASHION ISLAND
Location: Newport Beach, CA – Fashion Island

As a Seasonal Retail Ambassador, you will help us deliver these exceptional experiences during our busiest periods while supporting our inclusive and welcoming Fashion Island store community.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Seasonal Retail Ambassador, you’ll represent the Rothy’s brand on the sales floor during peak seasons. You’ll focus on delivering memorable customer service, fostering meaningful connections, and supporting store operations. Your enthusiasm for sustainable fashion and commitment to service will help create a positive shopping experience for every customer.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver best-in-class customer service rooted in Rothy’s values, consistently embodying the brand in every interaction.
- Drive personal and team sales results by engaging with customers to understand needs and share product expertise.
- Create lasting relationships with customers through strong clienteling practices.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture by modeling collaborative, service-driven behavior.
- Support daily store operations, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and store organization.
- Follow all store policies and standard operating procedures to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
YOU ARE
- Guided by Rothy’s values and dedicated to fostering a welcoming, service-driven environment.
- Excited to embrace possibility, innovate, make the planet proud, and work collaboratively.
- 18 years of age or older.
YOU HAVE
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and passion for building genuine customer connections.
- Drive to achieve personal and team goals.
- Willingness to support operational tasks as part of a team.
- Availability to work a flexible, seasonal schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand/walk for entire shift and lift or move up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to follow our dress code, including wearing Rothy’s shoes during each shift.

Pay Range: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour Base pay is one part of our total rewards package. This role may be eligible for additional incentives. Pay is determined based on experience, skill, and location requirements.
