Accountabilities
- Develop and execute strong creative concepts across campaigns, branding, social media, and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Translate marketing strategies and audience insights into clear visual directions, sketches, storyboards, and polished creative outputs.
- Lead projects from concept development through final execution, ensuring creative quality and consistency across deliverables.
- Present creative ideas and design directions confidently to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and strategists to refine ideas and push creative boundaries.
- Maintain a strong understanding of cultural trends, advertising practices, and platform-specific creative requirements.
- Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions and help elevate the overall creative output of the team.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in advertising, creative agencies, or brand-focused design environments.
- Strong conceptual thinking and advanced visual design skills with a polished creative portfolio.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related tools).
- Comfortable using AI tools to support ideation, refinement, and creative production workflows.
- Strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work under fast-paced conditions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative rationale clearly.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a distributed, remote-friendly environment.
- Strong collaboration and brainstorming abilities in cross-functional team settings.
- Excellent problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and execution quality.
