About the Company

ANAVIA specializes in the design, development & manufacturing of vertical takeoff & landing (VTOL) systems of up to 500 kilograms. The company offers industry leading unmanned helicopter systems for various mission profiles, such as Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Inspection or Mapping & Cargo.

As a System Engineer you will play a critical role in defining, analyzing, and managing the system re-quirements for unmanned helicopter projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all requirements are aligned with project objectives and regulatory standards, driving the successful development of our systems.

Your main tasks

Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and clearly define system requirements for unmanned heli-copter systems. Requirements Analysis: Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure they meet project goals and comply with relevant regulations and standards. Requirements Management: Maintain a requirements traceability ma-trix to track changes and ensure compliance throughout the system lifecycle. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, including design, software, and testing, to communicate requirements and ensure effec-tive implementation. Verification and Validation: Develop and execute verification and val-idation plans to ensure that system requirements are fulfilled through testing and analysis. Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks associated with requirements Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in requirements engineering, applying best practices to enhance processes and workflows.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems En-gineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus. Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the aerospace or UAV industry; familiarity with flight data analysis is advan-tageous. High social skills and good analytical and excellent technical understanding.
