The fit we hope to find

At SafeSize, Customer Success & Account Management is the core engine of enterprise retention and global revenue growth. As a Senior Account Manager, you do not just manage accounts; you own the strategic roadmap and financial health of our most critical, Tier-1 global footwear retail clients.

This is a high-impact role requiring elite stakeholder management. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level retail executives, driving large-scale digital transformation, maximizing Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and establishing operational frameworks that internal teams will execute.

What you’ll do

Strategic Account Governance & Delivery

Lead the post-sales lifecycle for high-value, multi-market enterprise accounts, transforming commercial agreements into long-term strategic rollouts.

Define the execution and implementation frameworks for cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Logistics, Operations), moving away from simple coordination to high-level governance.

Influence the SafeSize product roadmap by synthesizing enterprise market trends and advocating for scalable solutions that unlock major revenue.

Act as the ultimate escalation point for operational and technical blocks, engineering systemic solutions rather than just troubleshooting individual issues.

Commercial Leadership & Revenue Expansion

Own the retention, commercial health, and financial growth metrics of your portfolio.

Independently identify, negotiate, and close complex upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities, directly impacting the company’s ARR.

Lead high-stakes renewal negotiations and contract restructurings for global accounts, ensuring alignment with SafeSize’s long-term business goals.

Data-Driven Value Realization & Strategy

Establish and lead regular strategic reviews with client C-suite executives, shifting the conversation from "operational tracking" to "business value and ROI delivery."

Leverage data intelligence (Power BI, HubSpot) to predict churn risks, optimize client retail performance, and build data-driven retention strategies.
