About the Role
Customer Centricity - This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.Drive sales strategy for mapped accounts in aligning with channel overall direction to achieve business target.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop new business ideas and lead the continuous development of Brokerage channel sales platform especially for brokerage segment
- Sales management and review the business performance of mapped accounts regularly in accordance to sales KPIs
- Strengthen and maintain a good relationship with respective partners and their key personals to drive and implement the new initiatives.
- Identify the needs and demands of respective partners to unleash business potential and penetrate the business share
- Identify / Evaluate the new business opportunities with potential partners
- Provide all levels of support to key partners to capture the business opportunities
- Share new ideas, best practices and market intelligence with sub-ordinates and be a team player.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- University / College graduate plus at least 4 years relevant experience
- Good organizing and management skills
- Good insurance and investment product knowledge
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
- Working knowledge of MS office applications
Others:
- You are preferred to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1, 3 and 5) or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) (Paper 4)
- You are required to acquire the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
