We are looking for waiters at Hevd Torget for summer season!

As a waiter at Hevd Bakeri and Pizzeria, you'll be part of a vibrant, fast-paced environment, where English is the main language. We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude who contribute to a good work environment. Our waiters are passionate about both service and food and enjoy sharing their knowledge with our curious guests. We especially seek friendly, service-minded people who love to smile and are eager to provide extra attention to our guests.

Ouropening hours

Monday: 10:30 - 21:00

•

Tuesday-Saturday: 10:30 - 22:00

•

Sunday: 11:00 - 21:00

We're now hiring

• 4 part-time waiters for summer season (60-80 hours per month)

Tasks

•

Take orders and serve food and drinks

•

Clean tables and maintain a tidy area

•

Prepare for opening and closing

•

Greet guests with a smile and provide excellent service

•

Manage your station/area

•

Upsell food, drinks, and specials

•

Handle customer complaints professionally

•

Open/close the restaurant and process cash sales

•

Prepare coffee and other beverages

Personal Characteristics

•

2-3 years from à la carte

•

Wine and beer knowledge is a plus

•

Fluent in English (Norwegian or Swedish is a plus)

•

Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

•

Service-oriented with a positive attitude

•

Strong work ethic and reliability

•

Team player with good collaboration skills

•

Friendly and always smiling

The concept is both a hand craft bakery with its own cafe with fresh lunch meals, where at 15:00 Hevd is taken over Pizzeria, and the busy lunch place turns into a pulsating pizzeria. Our concept is plain and tasty dishes in grounded surroundings, the main focus of the restaurant is to have the perfect Italian pizza, and multiple delights such as pasta, meat and fish dishes for the evening and to serve fresh and well-tasting lunch, in a modern and upbeat tempo restaurant/cafe.
