Job Summary Details:
Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Electrophysiology, is recruiting a Manager of US Physician Partnerships to join our team remotely.
The Manager of Physician Partnerships plays a critical role within the U.S. organization, responsible for developing and sustaining strategic relationships with key accounts and electrophysiologists nationwide. This position serves as a key liaison between the organization and its stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration, high-quality engagement, and alignment with organizational priorities. The role also supports field execution by providing guidance, tools, and best practices to key account managers and regional teams to enhance customer impact.
This position reports to the Director of Physician Partnerships and partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver compliant, high-impact physician partnership programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the development and execution of the U.S. KOL engagement strategy aligned to business priorities and market dynamics
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic accounts, electrophysiologists, and hospital stakeholders by understanding their clinical, operational, and professional priorities, and translate insights into partnership plans that support adoption and measurable business outcomes.
- Identify, segment, and help develop relationships with key opinion leaders, rising influencers, medical associations, and other influential stakeholders within electrophysiology.
- Plan and execute compliant engagement activities (e.g., advisory boards, voice-of-customer initiatives) to gather actionable insights and strengthen collaboration.
- Synthesize clinical, market, and industry insights and share recommendations with leadership to inform near- and mid-term business priorities.
- Support EP leadership with congress-related activities, including product theaters, sponsored advisory boards, and KOL engagements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical affairs, medical affairs, regulatory, R&D, compliance, and other internal partners to advance coordinated partnership plans and ensure HCP engagement supports key business milestones.
- Ensure adherence to all Johnson & Johnson policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
- Execute engagement plans with structured feedback loops and maintain accurate documentation within CRM systems.
- Drive coordinated external engagement across multiple stakeholder groups through strong planning, cross-functional alignment, and disciplined follow-through.
- Partner with GSM, U.S. Marketing, Professional Education, Clinical Science, and Medical Affairs teams to activate KOL advocacy and support technology evaluations, launches, and aligned messaging.
- Lead day-to-day planning and execution for U.S. commercial advisory boards, including content development, logistics coordination, and post-event insights reporting.
- Conduct and maintain national opinion leader mapping to inform engagement prioritization and partnership planning.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and best practices to key account managers and local teams, promoting collaboration and compliant communication to strengthen account performance and execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Masters in related field or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience within electrophysiology and/or cardiovascular medical devices (clinical, commercial, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience leading programs and/or developing others through direct or indirect leadership.
- Proven experience collaborating and engaging effectively with HCPs and KOLs.
- Demonstrated success operating within a matrixed organizational environment.
- Commercial experience with a proven track record of driving business value and executing strategy across diverse market segments.
- Demonstrated excellence in collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders and maintaining substantial customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of business processes, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for achieving sustained, superior results.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters in related field or MBA preferred.
- Strong background of regional execution, developing marketing capabilities including market insights, understanding KOL development and regulatory environment
- Proven track record in cultivating and advancing talent

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000.00 - $177,100.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
