The Field Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting business reviews on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, providing detailed data and insights for decision-making and strategy, ensuring reviews are comprehensive and actionable, working under direct supervision. The role consults with colleagues and specialists to optimize sales support processes, analyzes available sales data to determine optimal approaches for assignments, and completes assignments by formulating instructions and task specifications.
Your role:
Supports the growth of Monitoring Business in Türkiye by promoting our advanced technologies and product features and ensure successful launch of new products/solutions in the Turkish Market.
Supports business reviews occurring on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, providing detailed data and insights to help in decision-making and strategy, and ensuring that all reviews are comprehensive and actionable.
Develops sustainable flow business channels for Monitoring Business in the Turkish Market thru applying special focus on Private and Public sectors.
Provides technical expertise through Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations of Monitoring Business portfolio.
Adheres to established procedures and practices while working under direct supervision, maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency in all tasks, and ensuring compliance with Philips policies and industry standards.
Consults with colleagues and specialists to optimize sales support processes, assisting in implementation of territory business plans, contributing to the continuous improvement of team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Analyzes available sales data to determine optimal approaches for assignments, ensuring that all relevant factors are considered and that data-driven decisions enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Completes assignments by formulating instructions and task specifications, ensuring that all tasks are clearly defined and achievable within the given timeframe, and that resources are allocated efficiently.
Collaborates with other specialists to gain clarity on task requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of objectives and utilizing expert insights to refine and enhance task execution strategies.
Ensures accurate documentation of all sales activities and customer interactions, including detailed records of transactions, inquiries, and follow-ups, to maintain a comprehensive database that supports efficient sales tracking and performance analysis.
Educates and train distributor sales force according to the company rules and standards. Plan frequent meetings with local partners and their market sales force.
Supports existing customers and MA&TC installed base in Turkey and provide the required support to our end-customers to ensure their full satisfaction.
Plans and organize workshops in the scope of sales and clinical marketing to promote our technologies and advanced features.
Participates in local congresses, trade shows and exhibitions related to Monitoring Business.
Outpace competition in Turkish Market, target their accounts heavily, monitor their activities and supply complete market intelligence (incl. customer database) to analyze market dynamics and trends.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales support.
Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate sales records, update pipeline data for monthly/quarterly/annual business reviews, and drive timely customer follow-ups to improve satisfaction.
Strong data analysis & interpretation skills with demonstrated sales acumen to evaluate sales performance, recommend optimal assignment approaches, and deliver actionable insights that inform territory business plans and strategic decisions.
Excellent documentation & reporting abilities; must follow established procedures and Philips policies to produce clear task specifications, status reports, and review materials that ensure consistent, auditable execution.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
