What you'll do

In this role, you'll combine recruitment expertise, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement to help TOPdesk achieve its hiring goals.

You will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of vacancies.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.

  • Proactively source and approach potential TOPdeskers 

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Screen and assess candidates, conduct interviews, and guide hiring teams through the selection process.

  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication and expectation management.

  • Manage offer processes and discuss employment terms and conditions with candidates.

  • Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives.

  • Support recruitment events and collaborate with colleagues across Recruitment, HR, the wider organization and foremost the Global recruitment team.

 

During your onboarding, you'll get to know TOPdesk, our recruitment approach, and the tools we use. You'll be trusted to take ownership from the start while having the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

 

Where will you work?

You'll join our Recruitment team: Team Sherlock.

Team Sherlock is responsible for attracting and hiring new TOPdeskers across the organization. You'll be supported by our Watsons, a group of motivated students who help us search for new talent.

In addition to Team Sherlock, Recruitment at TOPdesk also includes:

Campus Recruitment and Herbie, focused on events a recruitment marketing.

TOPdesk is an international software and consultancy company where you'll have the freedom to recruit in a way that suits you. You'll be based at our headquarters in Delft, home to approximately 400 colleagues in the Netherlands.

You'll have plenty of freedom to shape your role within TOPdesk. Besides your work as a Corporate Recruiter, you'll have opportunities to contribute to process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and strategic recruitment projects. Are you our new Corporate Recruiter?

We're looking for an experienced recruiter who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership, and finding creative ways to attract great talent.

You:

  • Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree level of thinking and working.

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, either in-house, agency-side, or a combination of both.

  • Have a proven track record of successfully recruiting professionals in a competitive labor market.

  • Are confident in proactively sourcing and approaching candidates through various channels and building strong talent pipelines.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and know how to advise, challenge, and influence stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

  • Take ownership of your vacancies and independently manage recruitment processes from intake to offer.

  • Enjoy translating business needs into effective recruitment strategies and realistic hiring plans.

  • Use market insights and recruitment data to continuously improve your approach and hiring outcomes.

  • Are proactive and enjoy identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

  • Communicate confidently and effectively in both Dutch and English.

  • Thrive in a collaborative environment while taking ownership of your results.
