Job Title: Home Care Trading Executive - Ireland
Location: Dublin - Ireland
JOB PURPOSE
The Trading Executive is an important role in customer development with 4 main purposes:
- Lead the customer administration relationship with the customer, providing efficient effective communication to their customers including new codes, line, pricing and resolving queries.
- To ensure pricing is set up accurately with customers and any claims are eliminated.
- Supports the customer team in the preparation of all internal administration, data analysis to understand trends and opportunities, monitoring of activities and any other customer specific requirements e.g. concessionaire reports.
- Ensures that the overall team customer administration is supported by covering holidays, illness, and having central cross customer responsibilities e.g. monitoring category cost price changes.

- Management of Visual Aids ensuring they are available on time
- SAP Customer profiles
Accurate pricing
- Promotion proposal forms and submissions
- Bonus sheet and Accrual submissions
- Price file checking
- CDRs management (Dunnes’ MERs)
- Pricing accuracy
Great Customer Team Support
- Internal administration, data analysis and activity monitoring e.g. sales monitoring
- Retail price tracking
- Ad hoc requests to support Customer team on activation initiatives e.g. IC conference
- Preparation for trade presentations
- Competitor activity tracking
Overall Cover
- Retail price tracking
- Cost price changes tracking
- CD purchase orders
- Currency letters

Location
In September 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London to house the employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars, Lever House in Kingston, Unilever House in Leatherhead and Graze in Richmond. We are creating our own Unilever sustainable, agile work environment, purposefully bringing us together in our own Unilever ecosystem. Recruitment Fraud
Cyber criminals advertise fake job adverts with prestigious employers as a way of stealing information or even defrauding individuals out of money. In the most sophisticated cases, they will set up fake websites, which have a similar address to companies like Unilever. They even conduct fake telephone interviews and then offer candidates a role with the proviso they pay a fee for background checks or to cover work visa costs. These types of attacks are becoming more common as more people are looking for employment in the economic climate.
How is Unilever tackling this?
Many of Unilever’s recruitment sites publish a warning to candidates about recruitment fraud. The Cyber Security team also proactively scan for signs of people setting up fake Unilever sites and act to close them down.
