The Role

The Manufacturing Finance Controller will play a key role in budgeting, partnering and driving value creation agenda across the site. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, turning complex data into clear insight and driving for improvement. Site has an exciting transformation agenda ahead so looking for a candidate able to analyse, partner & drive action across multiple teams, with an opportunity to develop and grow into site finance leadership position.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Building and maintaining complex financial models, forecasts and scenario analysis.
  • Support the annual budget, monthly forecasting, and long-term planning cycles
  • Consolidate financial inputs from multiple departments, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Providing insightful analysis to highlight risks, opportunities and performance trends.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to both educate and partner with to deliver action.
  • Driving site transformation program unlocking value and simplification.
  • Understand cost drivers & operational needs to partner with teams to fuel savings pipeline
  • Able to learn, process & prioritise at speed working within a fast paced, manufacturing environment

We're looking for someone who

  • Part qualified or newly qualified and upwards ACA / ACCA / CIMA, or qualified through experience
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, or management reporting
  • Strong excel skills: financial modelling is essential and Power BI tools are advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner, engage & challenge stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, problem solving capability & desire to identify and deliver solutions
  • Experience working within a cost centre setting
  • Experience using SAP cost management tools
  • Willingness to work on-site this is not a hybrid or home-based role
