About the job
Main responsibilities:
- The Associate Medical Compliance Manager is accountable for leading medical governance in a specific area, guiding marketing and medical SEE activities to be undertaken in a compliant and ethical manner, optimizing medical compliance related awareness and behaviours of assigned internal customer.
- Supervise, review and governance scientific external engagement (SEE) activities from medical compliance view to be taken in a compliant manner.
- Support to establish & update policy/SOP related to SEE to ensure all global requirements will be respected during the localization and provide training for employees
- Dedicate MC delegate support Pharma (General Medicine and Specialty Care) to ensure overall medical governance & compliance, including but not limited to coordinate internal audit, provide related trainings, responsible for all Pharma related consultation, etc.
- Accountable for Speaker Validation as country medical validator to ensure speaker validation is aligned with global process.
- Others assigned work by line manager to enhance team efficiency and development.
About you
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
Experience:
- 1-2 years of compliance-related working experience in pharmaceutical industry
Core competencies:
- Sound knowledge of international and RDPAC medical compliance legislation, codes of practice and their practical application.
- Knowledge and experience of corporate governance are desirable.
- High ethical standards. An understanding of ethical decision-making processes and an ability to discuss ethical and regulatory issues with credibility and authority.
- Strong independence and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal, influencing and networking skills - the ability to operate as part of a team, to build trust and respect throughout the business unit, to interact effectively across different functions, seniority levels and cultures within the Company and externally
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Legal background is preferred.
