Join Our Team as a Director of AI Transformation!
Drive the evolution of our business into an AI-native SaaS company. In this high-impact leadership role, you will lead end-to-end AI transformation initiatives, identify strategic opportunities, and build scalable AI capabilities that create measurable business value. Work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and play a key role in embedding AI into core workflows across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Identify & Shape High-Value Opportunities
Proactively identify high-impact business problems across product, operations, go-to-market, and support. Quantify value in terms of revenue, margin, productivity, and speed, and translate opportunities into actionable AI and agent-based solutions.
Secure Buy-In, Funding & Resources
Engage senior stakeholders (CPO, CTO, CRO, CFO) to align on priorities and strategic direction. Develop strong business cases, secure funding, and act as the internal owner of AI transformation initiatives.
Orchestrate Execution (0 → 1 → Scale)
Lead cross-functional AI projects from ideation to production and scaling. Coordinate prompt engineers, enablement leads, and business stakeholders to rapidly prototype, validate impact, and scale successful solutions. Ensure adoption by embedding AI into real workflows.
Build the AI Operating Model
Define how AI initiatives are prioritized, executed, and scaled across the organization. Establish repeatable playbooks for AI agent development and deployment, and create strong feedback loops between incubator, product teams, and business units.
Drive Company-Wide AI Adoption
Partner with enablement teams to scale AI capabilities across the company. Foster a culture of experimentation, speed, and measurable outcomes, ensuring teams actively use AI to deliver business impact.
Requirements
8–15+ years of experience in consulting, product management, or operational leadership
Background in top-tier consulting or transformation environments (e.g., Microsoft, Accenture, McKinsey, BCG or similar)
Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
Strong experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation
Ability to move from idea → business case → funded initiative → delivered outcomes
Exceptional problem-framing and value-quantification skills
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and building structure from scratch
Practical understanding of AI, LLMs, and agent-based systems (hands-on experience not required, but close to implementation)
Desired Skills and Competencies
Strong strategic and operational mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
Experience building or scaling AI-driven products or transformation programs
Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business value
High ownership mentality with a “builder” mindset
Bias toward action, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement
Experience fostering AI adoption and culture change within organizations
Strong communication skills in English; Danish is a plus for the local market
Familiarity with SaaS business models and product-led growth strategies
