Data Analyst 2

Supports distribution operations across multiple facilities within the Americas region (primary focus will be in supporting the West Henrietta Distribution site and its operational departments; including but not limited to, Small Pack, Picking, Bulk, International, Kitting, QIC, Replenishment/Inbound, Operations Training, Finished Goods, etc.). This role partners with operational leaders and cross-functional departmental teams to translate business questions into actionable insights that support labor planning, productivity improvement, performance management, and cost-reduction initiatives. Primary impact is at the operational level to assist in decision-making and deliver information but may create one-time data pulls for senior management or above as well. Output consists of delivering analysis, dashboards, reports, and insights, and reporting on pre-defined metrics/KPIs using established datasets, and reporting standards.
