Job Description
Job Summary**
Responsible for the overall management and performance of the UOB Plaza branch, including sales, operations, customer service, and team leadership, to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets for various banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and wealth management.
* Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of branch staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market, including corporate and individual clients.
* Monitor and manage branch budget, expenses, and profitability.
* Ensure a high level of customer service quality and experience.
* Manage operational risks and compliance within the branch.
* Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch operations effectively.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
* Ability to analyze financial data and make sound business decisions.
* Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
