Right now, we are experiencing exciting growth across the country and are seeking a driven and experienced Facilities Management Coordinator to join our talented Facilities function at our Henderson Office.
The Facilities Management Coordinator is a critical and demanding infrastructure support role responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operation of the facility. The successful applicant will carry out their duties in a responsive, efficient, and proactive manner with a key focus on internal customer service. The Facilities Management Coordinator works with a diverse range of stakeholders and coordinates Facilities Management as well as aspects of Security and EHS&W requirements to ensure that compliance is maintained in all areas of governance.

Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring all employees and visitors to the facility can carry out their duties in a safe and effective manner, including ensuring facilities assets, office equipment, furniture and amenities are serviceable and useable.
- Respond to a broad range of enquiries for infrastructure assistance requests using workflow systems.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors to ensure the facility is operating efficiently, effectively and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with all stakeholders and provide project coordination support for all building fit-out changes/upgrades and plant & equipment modifications.
- Maintaining all site documentation including Facility, Security and EHS&W registers, maintenance schedules and site plans
- Execute on-site security tasks including issuing ID and access passes, administration of the onsite access control system and visitor management system.
- Execute on-site EHS&W tasks including supporting the EHS&W committee by resolving onsite EHS&W issues.
- Oversight, input and tracking of the facility’s operational budget.
- Advanced knowledge within a specialised discipline, developed through extensive practical experience and/or formal education
- Recognised subject matter expertise within the relevant job family
- Strong capability to operate effectively in project-driven and technology-focused environments
- Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ relevant professional or trade experience.
- Demonstrated experience working in project-based, operational, or technology-oriented environments
- Proven ability to apply advanced technical or functional knowledge to support business outcomes
- Completion of high school, secondary school, or equivalent qualification (required)
- Current ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence (required)
- Defence Security Officer Course (to be completed within 12 months of commencement)
- Fire Warden Training (to be completed within 3 months of commencement)
- Provide First Aid – HLTAID011 certification (to be completed within 3 months of commencement)
- Must be an Australian citizen and/or eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Eligibility can be found at https://www.agsva.gov.au/applicants/eligibility-suitability
