Your New Role

Location: Grass Valley, CA

•

Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality equipment

•

Perform complete system replacements, equipment upgrades, and retrofit projects

•

Complete startup, testing, and verification procedures to ensure proper system operation

•

Assist with troubleshooting installation-related HVAC system performance issues

•

Follow manufacturer specifications, company standards, and local building codes during all installation work

•

Utilize ServiceTitan mobile software to document work performed, materials used, and customer interactions

•

Maintain accurate job documentation and installation records

•

Communicate installation findings and recommendations clearly to customers

•

Maintain a clean and organized work area at customer sites and company facilities

•

Stay current on HVAC technologies, equipment, and industry best practices through ongoing training

•

Deliver exceptional customer service while representing BAEHR Heating & Air professionally

•

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
