Job description
We are looking for highly motivated graduates from premier institutes (IITs/NITs) to join our semiconductor design team. This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge SoC/ASIC development, contributing to real-world products from day one while learning from industry experts.
As a Graduate Engineer, you will participate in the design, development, and verification of digital IPs and subsystems, gaining exposure across the full chip design lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in RTL design and development of digital blocks using Verilog/SystemVerilog
- Support micro-architecture definition for simple modules under guidance
- Work closely with verification teams to ensure functional correctness and coverage
- Perform basic design quality checks (lint, CDC, simulation)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (verification, physical design, software)
- Contribute to documentation including design specifications and test plans
- Debug and troubleshoot issues during simulation and integration
- Continuously learn and adopt industry-standard tools and methodologies
- B.Tech / M.Tech in: Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Graduated from IIT / NIT or other top-tier institutes.
Technical Skills
- Strong fundamentals in:
- Digital Electronics
- Computer Architecture
- Logic Design
- Basic knowledge of:
- Verilog / SystemVerilog / VHDL
- FSM design, timing concepts, and clocking
- Familiarity with:
- Simulation tools (ModelSim, VCS, etc.)
- Programming/scripting exposure:
- Python / C / C++ / Shell (any one is a plus)
Good-to-Have Skills
- Internship or academic project in:
- VLSI / ASIC / FPGA design
- Exposure to:
- FPGA prototyping (Xilinx/Intel)
- Basic verification concepts (testbench, assertions)
- Knowledge of:
- SoC basics and integration concepts
