Product Specialist _MA

The Product Specialist (PS) is the expert for the specific product group(s) in the REGION (and sub-region) for all channels on both the technical and the commercial side and drives the activities.

The regional PS is responsible for turnover and gross margin (in country margin and regional BU gross margin) in agreement with the BU. The PS is responsible for product positioning / image in the region in agreement with the BU.

The product specialist has to track progress, that the necessary resources (especially sales representatives, channel manager, data manager, price manager, technical service, internal sales and customer logistics) within the MA regional organization are developed. Appropriate capacity for the business have to be allocated to achieve agreed targets.

Majored in Engineering, Marketing or Project Management skills as a plus

3-5 years+ within product marketing or channel marketing

Good English and local language skills, above average presentation skills

Comprehensive Knowledge of the 5P's and their leverages in the market

Skilled in market intelligence and consumer behavior analysis

Strong data analysis skills and data insight

Flexibility and creativity, be determined, energetic, self motivation, ownership, result oriented.
