Job Summary Looking for a dynamic and experienced project manager for a GCC supporting the Chubb organization. The individual will be responsible for project management of the process including transition and transformation. The role would require extensive competencies in business understanding, stakeholder management, collaboration, project planning, development of business cases, and reporting. Roles & Responsibility: • Business Transition, Transformation, and successful onboarding of new processes to the GCC.Project reporting and tracking. • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, HR, and legal, to align project goals and gain buy-in for ongoing workstreams • Identify and assess risks related to transitions, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and maintain service continuity • Scope process that could potentially be RPA use cases • Conduct detailed process mapping of identified processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements to enhance productivity and scalability • Develop targeted training programs to ensure local teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful adoption • Develop dashboards to measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) of transition success and make recommendations for ongoing improvements post-transition • Provide key inputs to the financial plan based on cost-benefit analysis (CBA) and project efficiency gains • Coordinate transition activities across different regions, ensuring consistency and alignment with global strategies • Ensure all transition activities comply with relevant company policies, industry regulations, and data security/privacy standards • Coordinate transition activities across different regions, ensuring consistency and alignment with global strategies • Work collaboratively with senior leaders and all stakeholders Years of experience • Overall, around 12-14 years of work experience • Should have experience in managing Transitions for 6+ years Educational Qualification • BSc/ MSc/ BE/ B Tech/ MCA/BCA/BCOM • Industry Certification (Good to have): PMP/MBA Skill sets required: Mandatory • Strong program management skills • Ability to interface with and influence leadership and senior management • Experience in handling global projects and being responsible for multiple portfolio’s • High standard of personal integrity (Dependability to handle extremely confidential information in a professional manner) • High level of Customer Focus and accountability • Good collaboration and influencing skills. • Should have prior people management experience Preferable • Has been part of a shared service organization • Worked in a service-based industry
