Job  Summary:

Infios is seeking an energetic and talented Sr Director of Product Development who is driven to deliver innovative AI based solutions to solve the technological and business challenges while using the latest Python, AWS, and other backend software applications and leveraging AI-DLC methodologies. The candidate needs to be comfortable with cloud technologies. The candidate will work with software development and operations teams in evaluating, designing and architecting technical solutions in order management and supply chain space to meet business goals. The projects are high impact, high visibility initiatives. As a member of the team, you will have the chance to work on unique and innovative solutions within a variety of frameworks/environments on public cloud platforms using AI and agentic frameworks.

What a day in the life looks like:

·  Work with product management, customer support, Devops, professional services as well as other product development architects and leaders to review and refine product requirements & user stories

·   Work with AI DLC & Agentic AI specialists to adopt and customize AI frameworks, and to use Agentic paradigm in solution approach

·  Use Claude Code extensively to automatically generate requirements, docs, code, test cases, and deployment scripts, achieving strong (4X+) productivity gains over pre-AI, older development methodologies.

·  Ensure that all the functional and performance test cases meet the business objectives.

·  Mentor other team members including developers, testers and devops to ensure that AI prompts are comprehensive and resulting in high quality output.

·  Deliver commitments within timelines and quality parameters

· Manage multiple competing priorities and changing requirements in a fast-paced SaaS environment

·  Understand product usage in client environments, analyze performance and stability factors and ensure that these are considered in design, build and test phase of ongoing releases.

What you bring to the team:

·  Four-year bachelor’s in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.

·  20+ years of experience in software industry including 10+ years in leadership - management roles

·  6+ years’ hands on experience in Python & FastAPI, or 10+ years hands on experience in Java / Springboot

·  6+ months experience in leveraging Claude Code / Github Copilot or equivalent AI tool for prompt based code generation.

·   5+ years of hands-on experience in NoSQL databases such as MongoDB

·  5+ years of hands-on experience in public cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure.  Knowledge of their managed offerings such as Kubernetes, API Gateway, VPC.

·  Openness to stay on top of new AI capabilities as they are released in a fast changing market.

·  Strong inclination towards automating repetitive tasks

·   Experienced in using latest AI models and tools such as Claude Code in everyday activities to boost productivity.

·   8+ years experience in building Inventory micro services that scale to 50K TPS and single digit millisecond latency.
