Job Description:

The purpose of the Commercial Lawyer role is to provide expert estate operations.
This position involves drafting, negotiating and managing a wide range of legal documents and agreements related to the company´s real estate activities.
The Commercial Lawyer will work closely with various internal departments, including property management and construction Teams, to ensure legal compliance, mitigate risks and support the company´s strategic objectives.

• General day-to-day legal support for construction and property management departments
• Drafting and negotiation agreements, dealing with bank guarantees, demand letters, and supporting co-departments
• Lease, acquisition and legal housekeeping related tasks on an ad hoc basis
• Compliance with internal procedures, active involvement in process development
• Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders

Experience & skills we need

• Hungarian BAR exam and min. 2 years’ experience as a lawyer or in-house counsel
• Experience in real estate law, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, adaptability, swift decision‑making, and a proactive sense of ownership
• Confident computer skills (MS Office)
• Fluent in English: with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Driving licence and car for work commuting
