Job description

 

We finance real estate projects where traditional banks may be too slow or too rigid. Tickets typically range from €250K to €30M, subject to approval. We move fast, assess deals on their merits, and build structures around real opportunities — not just checklists.

We’re part of Multitude Group (ETR: MULT) and we’re expanding across European markets.

Now we’re looking for a Country Manager for Finland to lead our real estate financing business in the Finnish market.

This is not a purely desk-based role. We’re looking for someone who already knows the developers, brokers, property investors, and real estate professionals in Finland — and can turn those relationships into a strong lending pipeline.

If you’ve spent years building a network in Finnish real estate and you’re ready to help grow a flexible lending business, this could be your role.

You’ll lead the local commercial effort, work closely with our investment and risk teams, and help shape how we build the business in Finland.

What you’ll do:

Lead the Finnish market. Take ownership of our commercial growth in Finland and build a strong pipeline of secured real estate lending opportunities.

Originate deals. Source opportunities through your own network, brokers, developers, investors, and direct outreach. Your pipeline will be a key measure of success.

Open doors. Activate existing relationships from day one and build new ones with the right market participants.

Drive opportunities forward. Lead deals from first conversation to signed term sheet, working with our investment and risk teams on analysis, structure, and approvals.

Build the channel. Develop and manage broker partnerships across Finland with a clear and competitive commission framework.

Represent the business. Be visible in the market, attend relevant industry events, track active projects, and bring market intelligence back into our strategy.

Build responsibly. Help establish the right local routines, reporting, commercial discipline, and market approach as we grow.

Who you are:

5+ years in real estate finance, banking, brokerage, development, investment sales, or a related commercial role in Finland.

A strong network in Finnish real estate — including developers, brokers, investors, and other key market players.

A proven track record in originating or closing real estate-related business.

Commercially sharp and comfortable discussing structure, LTV, exit, security, and cash flow. You don’t need to build the full model, but you need to understand what makes a deal work.

Entrepreneurial and hands-on. You’re comfortable building a market, not just managing an existing book.

Credible with senior clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Fluent Finnish and strong English.
