Job description
What you’ll do…
- Reconcile incoming products with the order form, purchasing specs and delivery notes.
- Check all products to ensure they are the correct quantity and weight.
- Put away all goods delivered to the hotel.
- Compare prices on the delivery note with the order and escalate discrepancies.
- Maintain and organise delivery notes and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct monthly inventory/stock checks and random spot-checks.
- Communicate well with others in order to ensure a smooth operation.
- Maintain company guidelines for refuse storage and removal.
- General maintenance of all storage spaces and loading bays.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards.
