Job description
We are looking for a commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead the strategic and day-to-day marketing operations across a portfolio of hospitality and lifestyle brands. This role requires a highly organised and process-oriented marketer capable of balancing brand development, revenue generation, customer acquisition, and operational excellence across multiple business units.
The successful candidate will take ownership of annual marketing planning, campaign execution, budget management, and team leadership, ensuring all marketing activity is aligned with commercial objectives and delivered to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities
● Own and execute the annual marketing roadmap across a multi-brand portfolio, aligning marketing activity with revenue, customer acquisition, and retention objectives.
● Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, PR, partnerships, events, and activations.
● Maintain brand consistency and positioning across all customer touchpoints while ensuring each concept retains a clear and differentiated identity.
● Manage and optimise paid media campaigns, working closely with agency partners to maximise ROI and commercial performance.
● Lead the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotional calendars, and revenue-driving initiatives.
● Own marketing budgets, forecasting, reporting, and resource allocation across your portfolio of venues within the group.
● Collaborate closely with operations, finance, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing activity with wider business objectives.
● Effectively delegate responsibilities while maintaining accountability for overall performance and delivery.
● Provide strategic direction while remaining hands-on when required to ensure successful execution.
● Lead, manage, and develop your supports (executives, coordinators, and wider team).
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
● 4+ years of marketing experience within hospitality, lifestyle, retail, F&B, or consumer-focused brands - ideally nightlife brands
● Proven experience managing multiple brands, venues, or business units simultaneously.
● Strong understanding of brand marketing, performance marketing, CRM, social media, partnerships, and customer lifecycle management.
● Highly organised with a process-driven and SOP-oriented approach to marketing operations.
● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
