WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

As financial markets continue to evolve, the accuracy and reliability of risk analytics become increasingly important for our clients. To support our continued global growth, we are looking for a Service Delivery Consultant with a keen interest in financial data and technology to join our Axioma Managed Services team in Warsaw.

In this role, you will be part of a global team responsible for ensuring that institutional investor clients receive accurate, timely risk analytics and data services they can depend on. You will work closely with Technology Solutions consultants, product managers, engineers, market data analysts, and clients in an international and highly collaborative environment.

This is a valuable opportunity to build expertise in financial data operations, risk analytics, and client service delivery — working with real-world data across equities, fixed income, and OTC derivatives, while gaining practical experience with modern, cloud-native financial technology. This role offers the opportunity to grow your knowledge of financial analytics at the heart of one of the world’s leading investment management platforms, contributing to solutions used by leading financial institutions worldwide

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

The Service Delivery Consultant will be joining a highly productive entrepreneurial team, itself part of a global organization, supporting SimCorp’s AxiomaRisk clients within the Axioma Managed Services department. After a comprehensive training program, we expect you to:

  • Perform end-to-end analytics data delivery activities for assigned clients, including pricing and holdings data import, in line with agreed SLE/SLAs

  • Perform data quality checks and conduct initial analysis when unexpected analytics data behaviour is identified

  • Ensure reconciliations are finished and troubleshoot discrepancies within set deadlines, in accordance with client SLAs

  • Gain a working understanding of AxiomaRisk’s infrastructure, including delivery mechanisms through which clients submit portfolio positions (API, SFTP) and receive risk analytics

  • Work with complex financial datasets related to portfolio positions and OTC derivatives, including FX Forwards and Interest Rate Swaps

  • Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, operational procedures, and functional guidelines

  • Collaborate with global Managed Services teams to share knowledge and ensure consistency of service delivery

  • Support client-facing communication by assisting in the preparation of issue updates, data delivery confirmations, and responses to client inquiries in coordination with senior team members

  • Assist Product Specialists, Technology Solutions, and Client Support teams in resolving data inquiries

WHAT WE VALUE

  • 2–3 years of experience in financial services, data operations, or a related field within the investment management or financial technology industry

  • Some exposure to client-facing communication, whether through direct client interaction, support activities, or internal stakeholder engagement

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering from an accredited institution

  • Good understanding of financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives

  • Solid methodological and quantitative problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset

  • Foundational knowledge of or exposure to SQL, API and Python (or equivalent scripting tools)

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team across multiple time zones

  • Curiosity, a continuous improvement mindset, and a genuine interest in financial technology

ADDITIONAL VALUABLE SKILLS

  • Knowledge of risk analytics concepts, derivatives pricing, or factor-based risk modelling

  • CFA or FRM certification (in progress or planned)

  • Experience with data quality analysis and exception handling workflows

  • Prior experience with AxiomaRisk or SimCorp Dimension

BENEFITS

  • Flexible working hours and hybrid model - 2 days in the office, 3 days remote

  • Modern office (next to Wilanowska metro station) with quiet zones and ergonomic workstations

  • Base salary with annual bonus structure

  • Holiday allowance upon a 2-week vacation

  • Occasional remote work across Poland and international options available (up to 24 days domestic, 20 days international per year - subject to internal policy)

  • Employer-paid Medicover Platinum healthcare package (employee-paid family upgrade available)

  • MyBenefit Cafeteria with a monthly budget provided by SimCorp, which can be used to finance a Multisport card (with a 25% employee contribution) or choose other lifestyle options

  • Unum group life insurance (employee-paid upgrade available)

  • Medicover travel insurance for private trips and global business travel insurance

  • Possibility to join Deutsche Börse Group Share Plan (eligible after 1 year)

  • Copyrights program for certain roles

  • Possibility to develop your career in an international environment

  • Professional training and courses provided by SimCorp

  • Polish language classes for foreign employees; German and English classes based on business needs
