Job description

The Staff Data Analyst is responsible for performing statistical modeling and data analysis to develop metrics, reports, and visualizations that identify trends and patterns of business importance. The scope of this job includes collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and presenting data to influence decision-making.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead large-scale, complex data analysis projects and develop strategic insights to address key business challenges. 

  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to define a data strategy and priority. 

  • Design and optimize an advanced statistical model, dashboard, and reporting framework for enterprise-wide use. 

  • Mentor other analysts and drive best practices in data storytelling, analysis, and visualization. 

  • Perform other job duties as assigned. 

 

 

Required qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 

  • At least 8-12 years of relevant work experience 

 

Preferred qualification 

 

  • Coding and or Revenue Cycle experience. 

  • 0-1 years of Management experience. 

 

Job Expectations 

 

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed 

  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information 

  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
