At Danfoss Turbocor, you’ll help power the future of sustainable cooling by advancing oil-free compressor technology used in high-efficiency HVAC systems worldwide. Your work will directly contribute to reducing energy consumption and environmental impact.

You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping the next generation of embedded control systems , turning innovative ideas into reliable products. Working on-site in Tallahassee, FL , you’ll support both new platform development and improvements to systems already in the field.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and develop electronic circuits and PCB layouts to deliver reliable, high-performance control systems
• Test and validate electronic assemblies to ensure product quality and identify improvements early
• Debug and optimize hardware to enhance performance and prevent failure modes
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and suppliers to bring designs into production smoothly
• Analyze test data to uncover insights and drive continuous product improvement

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Solid foundation in analog/digital circuits, power electronics, and control systems
• Hands-on experience with circuit design, simulation tools, and lab equipment
• Ability to use MATLAB and Microsoft Office for analysis and reporting
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset
