Job Overview
This role will focus on key organizational effectiveness / strategic operations projects for Oliver Wyman Human Capital. These projects and programs will focus on both internal HC effectiveness (to achieve tangible, positive impact on the HC function) and global talent strategy (to improve colleague experience across various areas of HC – e.g., engagement, employee value proposition, talent management, benefits, etc.).
This is a hybrid role with a requirement to work in the Mexico City office 2 days per week. Please submit your CV in English.
Key Responsibilities
•
Support core components of multiple global projects and programs annually related to HC’s organizational effectiveness and talent strategy (e.g., kudOWs, milestOWnes, Golden Passport, OWBalance, etc.)
•
Develop understanding of practical operating considerations, and deliver projects within these constraints
•
Seek to optimize HC processes wherever possible to maximize efficiency, while still delivering an appropriate level of service to the business
•
Partner with key stakeholders across HC and other support functions (e.g., internal communications, technology, data and analytics, mobility, etc.)
•
Execute on a variety of internal HC responsibilities – e.g., departmental communications, budgeting process, etc.
•
Where appropriate/possible, work alongside rotational staff (SPs and/or consultants) supporting projects, providing guidance and thoughtful development opportunities for those colleagues
•
Additional responsibilities include supporting the Head of HC Effectiveness & Talent Strategy with other projects/initiatives
Experience Required
•
Bachelor’s degree
•
At least 2-3 years of professional experience, including a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, professional services environment
•
Knowledge of the management consulting industry
•
Experience in managing global talent programs and/or delivering complex projects
•
Occasional travel to other OW offices may be required, but not frequent
