Job Summary
As Procurement Specialist in IT & Admin, you will own the end-to-end purchasing processes that powers our business operations and international growth. Your mission is to transition our procurement from an operational function into a strategic value-driver. By balancing cutting-edge IT infrastructure sourcing with agile office management, you will directly safeguard the company's financial efficiency and supply chain resilience.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Sourcing & Vendor Selection: Search and evaluation of specialized suppliers (IT and Admin), conducting tenders and competitive bidding;
- Contract Management: Negotiating prices and terms, approving contracts and monitoring contract deadlines;
- Stakeholder Management: Processing complex requests from technical or administrative teams, obtaining special partner prices;
- Strategic Sourcing: In-depth market analysis to optimize costs and find the most profitable solutions;
- Compliance: Checking suppliers for compliance based on company standards. Creating and approving REQ, PO in the NetSuit system, reporting and collecting primary documentation from suppliers (invoices, invoices, certificates of work performed).
- Processes Optimization: Streamlining our P2P cycle, leveraging data-driven sourcing to unlock budget optimization and cost avoidance.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of procurement experience in IT (Hardware/Software) and the ability to get the best deals for the business;
- Ability to effectively negotiate and reasonably reduce contract costs and improve delivery terms;
- Experience in working on contracts and understanding its legal aspects;
- Advanced Excel proficiency;
- Orientation and experience in relevant P2P systems;
- Critical thinking and ability to see and mitigate hidden risks.
