Job description
Challenges that await you:
- Design and scale operational processes for the Ambassador Network, from onboarding and task assignment to delivery execution and quality control
- Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, and translate them into scalable product and process solutions
- Design and develop internal operational tools and backoffice functionality used by ambassadors and operations teams
- Contribute to the development of the Ambassador App by defining requirements, designing workflows, and improving the user experience for field teams
- Work closely with operations stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements, and transform them into actionable initiatives
- Design interfaces and solutions within internal systems
- Own and manage the business backlog: collect requests, structure them, prioritize them, and plan delivery
- Write clear and structured business requirements for engineering teams
- Define tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives
- Work with product analysts to define operational metrics, track performance, and measure the impact of implemented changes
- Monitor and improve key metrics related to ambassador productivity, operational efficiency, quality, and customer experience
- Design, document, and maintain operational regulations, workflows, and standards
- Critically assess incoming requests, identify root causes of problems, and challenge initial assumptions when necessary
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and Operations stakeholders

- High level of structure and organization — comfortable managing complex processes and multiple streams of work
- Experience in task decomposition, prioritization, and deadline control
- Ability to write clear, structured requirements and work effectively with engineering teams
- Strong stakeholder management and expectation-setting skills
- B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
Your bonus skills:
- Experience in Field Operations, Delivery Operations, Customer Operations, Customer Support, or Workforce Management
- Experience working in large operational organizations with significant frontline staff, such as:
- delivery services
- logistics and warehouses
- courier networks
- field sales teams
- fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace operations
- Experience working with mobile products used by operational or field teams
- Experience or understanding of incentive systems, workforce productivity, operational leadership, or people management
