🔧 What Your Day Would Look Like

As an Appliance Service Technician , you’ll play a key role in helping customers keep their home appliances running efficiently by:

• Diagnosing and repairing residential home appliances in customer homes
• Troubleshooting appliance performance issues and identifying the best repair solutions
• Performing refrigeration and sealed system repairs when needed
• Providing customers with recommendations on proper appliance operation and maintenance
• Creating repair estimates and collecting payment information for completed work
• Using company-provided tablets or laptops to complete service tickets and reports
• Meeting productivity goals and maintaining high-quality customer service standards
• Maintaining company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Representing the company professionally while building trust with customers

🧰 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who

• Has 3+ years of appliance repair experience (preferred)
• Holds Refrigeration Certification and Sealed System Certification (required)
• Has strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills across household appliances
• Is comfortable using diagnostic tools, computers, and testing equipment
• Communicates professionally with customers and provides excellent service
• Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Can pass a background check and drug screening
• Is able to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly
• Works well independently while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and a positive customer experience

💰 What You’ll Get

• $24.00 – $30.00 per hour , based on experience

The compensation for this position is expected to be a base range of $24.00 - $30.00 per hour . This is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
