💰 Pay & What You Can Expect

• $30–$40/hour based on experience

• Overtime available (we stay busy year-round)

• $100 bonus per on-call service + overtime pay

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

This is primarily a construction and renovation plumbing role , with occasional service support when needed:

• Rough-in and installation work for new construction and remodels

• Plumbing work on residential, commercial, and multifamily projects

• Reading and working from blueprints, specs, and job plans

• Ensuring all work meets local and county plumbing codes

• Troubleshooting issues on active job sites

• Occasionally assisting with service calls when needed

• Using ServiceTitan for job tracking and documentation

• Keeping job sites clean, safe, and professional

• Communicating clearly with team members and supervisors

🧰 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for plumbers who take pride in doing quality work and being part of a team:

• 5+ years of plumbing experience preferred

• Journeyman license or ability to register under a Master Plumber

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and materials

• Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments

• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset

• Valid driver’s license with insurable record

• Ability to use basic digital tools (ServiceTitan is a plus)

• Steel-toe boots required

The compensation for this position is expected to be a range of $30.00 - $40.00 per hour . This is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
