Your Role in Our Mission

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic bridge between Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Technology. You will shape how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted in highly competitive global trading markets, ensuring that every feature, campaign, and go-to-market initiative translates into customer value, market differentiation, and business growth.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Product Positioning & Messaging

Define differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks for FundedNext products across multiple customer segments

Develop compelling value propositions for retail traders, partners, affiliates, and other target audiences

Maintain deep understanding of trading products, brokerage workflows, market dynamics, and customer needs

Identify opportunities to strengthen market penetration across new geographies and customer segments

Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches

Own end-to-end go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature releases, and market expansion initiatives

Build launch plans covering pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities with clear timelines, ownership, and success metrics

Coordinate cross-functional launch execution across Product, Marketing, Technology, Sales, and Support teams

Monitor launch performance and continuously optimize positioning, channels, and campaign strategies

Market Intelligence & Customer Insights

Analyze competitor products, pricing strategies, campaigns, and market positioning

Gather customer insights through user feedback, surveys, support data, behavioral analytics, and stakeholder interviews

Monitor trends across trading, brokerage, fintech, regulations, and emerging technologies

Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations for product strategy and marketing initiatives

Sales Enablement & Commercial Support

Develop sales enablement assets including battle cards, pitch decks, case studies, FAQs, and objection-handling guides

Train internal teams on product positioning, feature benefits, and competitive differentiation

Support key business development initiatives with tailored market insights and customer-facing materials

Measure and improve the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through feedback and performance metrics

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner closely with Product teams to align messaging with roadmap priorities and customer value

Collaborate with Marketing teams to drive effective campaign execution across digital, content, paid media, social, and PR channels

Work alongside Technology teams to ensure launch readiness, tracking implementation, and product understanding

Create alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption and market impact

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, Product Management, or a related function within fintech, trading, brokerage, SaaS, or technology-driven industries

Proven track record of developing product positioning, messaging frameworks, and successful go-to-market strategies

Strong understanding of customer research, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and segmentation

Experience launching products, features, or market expansion initiatives with measurable business impact

Ability to create sales enablement materials and collaborate effectively with commercial teams

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn market insights and performance data into actionable strategies

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience within trading, brokerage, fintech, capital markets, or financial services is highly preferred
